Shipping policy

To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, items may ship in multiple packages. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from multiple distribution centers across the United States.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) before they ship. Some items, such as custom-made pieces, may require additional processing time.

Once shipped, standard parcel delivery within the U.S. and Canada takes approximately 2-7 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier delays. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Do I need to be present for delivery?

Most orders shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS do not require a signature upon delivery.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We can ship some items to PO Boxes. However, larger items, including furniture, cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. If your order includes an item that cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will contact you before it is processed.
